Vineyard Partners, LLC is the parent of Vineyard Wealth (“Vineyard Wealth”), LLC, a registered investment advisor; Vineyard Insurance, LLC, a licensed insurance agency; and Vineyard Tax, a tax and accounting firm (collectively herein “Vineyard”). Vineyard Wealth provides investment advisory and related services for clients nationally. Vineyard Wealth will maintain all applicable registration and licenses as required by the various states in which Vineyard Wealth conducts business, as applicable. Vineyard Wealth renders individualized responses to persons in a particular state only after complying with all regulatory requirements, or pursuant to an applicable state exemption or exclusion.

Insurance:
Insurance services are offered through Vineyard Insurance, LLC, an affiliate of Vineyard Financial Partners, LLC. Vineyard Insurance and its representatives when providing advice related to insurance services and products are separate from fiduciary services provided by Vineyard Financial Partners.

Tax:
Tax services are offered through Vineyard Tax, LLC, an affiliate of Vineyard Financial Partners, LLC. Vineyard Tax and its representatives when providing advice related to tax services are separate from fiduciary services provided by Vineyard Financial Partners.

Accounting:
Accounting services are offered through Vineyard Accounting, LLC, an affiliate of Vineyard Financial Partners, LLC. Vineyard Accounting and its representatives when providing advice related to accounting services are separate from fiduciary services provided by Vineyard Financial Partners.

Wealth Management:
Wealth Management services are offered through Vineyard Financial Partners, a fiduciary and registered investment advisor (RIA). Advisory services are rendered solely through the RIA and its registered investment advisor representatives. Recommendations of any insurance products, tax strategies or accounting services are offered only through Vineyard Financial Partners separate affiliated entities.
