Scott Brumley, CPA

Scott has owned a CPA firm for 37 years. He says, “You must constantly learn in this industry to give your clients the best advice. Not a month goes by that I do not learn something new, and this has allowed me to accumulate a vast wealth of knowledge and experience over the past decades”
Scott has served on the boards of the Huntersville Chamber of Commerce and Charlotte Mecklenburg Scholastic Chess Association. He also performed the duties as treasurer of the North Carolina Junior Olympic Wrestling Association, North Meck Soccer Club, and numerous PTAs and Booster Clubs. Additionally, Scott served as the webster for the 2000 National High School Chess Championship. Scott also was the Chairperson of Finance and Stewardship at his church.
An early adopter of technology, Scott was featured in a PC Magazine article in the 1980s about a tax software program he wrote. Additionally, he developed a community website in the 1990s that was recognized as a top-25 internet community website in the country by the National Center for Supercomputing Applications.
Scott enjoys traveling to foreign countries and experiencing new cuisines and cultures. But mostly, he takes pleasure in visiting his six adult children and ten grandchildren who live in various states.

Darcy Ridge

After graduating in 2002 from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, Darcy worked in the insurance industry before cofounding Vineyard Financial Partners, an integrated approach to financial planning.
Darcy’s passion is working with young couples, small business owners, and clients approaching retirement. She enjoys helping them preserve their assets, maximize their cash flow, and pursue financial independence throughout their retirement years.
Darcy holds licenses in health insurance, life insurance, and has successfully passed her Series 65 examination.
When she’s not helping clients with insurance and financial planning, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons boating on Lake Norman.”
